We retrieved our belongings from our hotel room and left and went to stay at a different hotel. They refused to listen to anything we said and escorted us out of the bar. Multiple witnesses said that we were literally just standing there watching the show and did not to provoke this insane woman. The female security officer who handled the situation was HORRIBLE and unprofessional. That results in MY FRIEND AND I getting getting kicked out of the bar. I went to the security guard who was standing right next to the bar and asked if they could get this woman to leave us alone. I ask her why she was doing that, and then she called me a name and flipped me off. After the concert, my friend and I were watching the band play in the 5 O’Clock Somewhere bar when all of a sudden this very drunk/high woman starts poking my female friend in the back and calling her names and repeatedly flipping us off. Came to see a concert, ate dinner at Ruth’s Chris, had a hotel room for the night.

Have been coming here for years, and never again.

You know, what would it hurt to have a rose in a vase with a card and maybe a chocolate or two to recognize the fact that my husband and I have been married for 28 years? No recognition for that particular fact during our stay. Maybe Expedia ought to remove this property from their website…… We also told the hotel that it was our anniversary. I have stayed in several hotels across the country after booking through Expedia-We were able to upgrade to a better room upon arrival, and we were able to get printouts of our bill at other properties AND we booked through Expedia! I absolutely hate to be lied to. They also stated that they can’t print out our final bill because we booked with a third-party.

River spirit uses the fact that you booked through a third-party as an excuse to not give you upgrades to a better room. Also, I don’t recommend booking this property through Expedia. Please update your website to reflect what’s actually in the guestroom. The description on the website states that the room we booked had a shower/tub combination. The water pressure in the shower is awful- for what we are paying for the room, we should have a beautiful shower AND a tub. We didn’t even take our bathing suits out of the suitcase. This is supposed to be a resort, not a free-for-all. Close the pool to the public and only allow patrons of the establishment accessibility to the pool. There were so many people in the pool, you couldn’t stir them with a stick. I think it’s awful that they open the pool to the public.
